BackgroundMy degree is in business, a BSBA from Purdue Global. The work since has been operations: learning how a company actually runs, then building the systems that make it run better.

Today I'm Director of Operations at Davidson RN Consulting. I build and run what sits behind the company: the website, client intake, document production, and the internal tools that keep work from slipping.

Right now my focus is making AI make sense and feel accessible to everyday people. I don't look at it as a way to make money. I look at it as a tool that helps you with your daily life.

Three words, one job

    Builder

    I would rather show you a working version than describe one. Most of what I know came from shipping something, watching where it broke, and fixing it.

    I build with AI as a daily tool, the way a carpenter uses a saw. It makes me faster. It does not decide what gets built or whether it is good.

    Entrepreneur

    I build for businesses I help run, which keeps the work honest. A tool either saves real time for a real person, or it goes.

    That is also why I care about the boring parts: the handoff, the training, the day after launch. A system nobody uses is not finished.

  • 03.

    Synthesizer

    Range is the point. Business, operations, design, and AI all feed the same job.

    Most problems I get handed are scattered pieces: a spreadsheet here, an inbox there, a process that lives in one person's head. My job is to turn the pieces into one system that works.
